New Patient Information
To schedule your first appointment, please book online or call Momentum Health at 403-453-3373 or email michelle@healthresults.ca. If you require a time outside of what is shown available, please call.
Michelle recommends you eat a meal within 2 hours or have a light snack prior to coming for your acupuncture treatment. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing.
Please give Michelle at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled acupuncture appointment. She knows that your time is valuable and has reserved your appointment time just for you, so please give her the same consideration.
Your first appointment will take approximately 90 minutes depending on the complexity of your situation and follow-up treatments are approximately 60 minutes. Please allow enough time to ensure you get the most from your acupuncture session.

Registered acupuncturists in Alberta are considered primary health care providers, and therefore no referral is required to begin treatment. Please verify your acupuncture coverage with your health insurance provider.
